Testing, testing, 123

I thought I'd find out whether blogging is an amusing way to be otherwise occupied. Since I folded my fine former website, The Menopause Hut, I haven't missed it. After a brief infatuation, I found it just too tedious to maintain. Now I will content myself with sporadic postings on whatever single-minded pursuits interest me, and (probably grating) political and social observations. I will not pretend that my dogs are the authors, nor will I channel any entities from alternate realities.
